How do I place an order?

Visit our Shop page, select Crème Hydratante, and click Buy Now. You'll be redirected to our secure payment page, where you can choose your quantity and complete your purchase.

After payment, you'll receive an order confirmation email with your order ID. Once your order is shipped, we'll send you the tracking details.

Prefer ordering through Instagram? Just send us a DM, and we'll help you place your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods, including UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and popular digital wallets.

Please note: We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Since each cream is freshly made to order, we require payment in advance before preparing and shipping your order.

How long does shipping take?

Orders within Bangalore are typically delivered within 3–4 days. For locations outside Bangalore, delivery usually takes 7–8 business days, depending on your location and courier service.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We currently do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

However, if your order arrives damaged, leaking, or with any issue, please contact us via our email with your order details and photos of the product. Our team will review the issue and make it right—we're committed to ensuring you have the experience you deserve.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive both an email and a WhatsApp message with your tracking details, so you can follow your order every step of the way.

If your order arrived damaged, leaked during transit, or there's any issue with the product, please let us know by writing the issue below. Our support team will get back to you within 24 hours.To help us resolve your concern as quickly as possible, please include clear photos of the product, packaging, and any visible damage. We understand how important your purchase is, and we're committed to making things right. If your product was affected during transit, we'll work with you to find the best solution as quickly as possible.
